Settlement between Farah Liqa’ Khanum Ghaffari, daughter of Mirza Fazl Allah Ghaffari and wife of Mirza Riza Khan, and her brother, Riza Quli Khan Ghaffari, over parts of a land for thirty tumans, dated December 11, 1913. On verso: Riza Quli Khan has settled this property with Muhammad Ja‘far, son of Aqa Mirza from Kashan, dated December 25, 1913.

Settlement of Murtaza Quli Khan Ghaffari on behalf of himself and representing his two sisters (one, wife of Haydar Quli Khan, and the other, wife of Yamin Nizam), as well as his two other sisters, representing themselves, one the mother of Mir ‘Abbas Khan [Nayyirah Khanum] and the other, wife of Aqa Riza Khan [Farah Khanum] with their paternal half-brother, Riza Quli Khan. They have exchanged their rights on a piece of land that belonged to the late Aqa Muhsin, located in Dasht-i Juy Ibrahim in Kalah village, for eighty tumans.
